Overall, the experience was excellent. Service was enthusiastic and friendly, although a little bit more attentiveness and some training in protocol would help. The interior is beautiful, with a tremendous view of the river and classy buildings behind. However, the lighting is far too bright. Two of us have the tasting menu, and the presentation was very good, with most of the dishes far above expectations. One flaw: the fish course served had bones in both of our dishes. A real negative, and unprofessional for restaurant of this caliber. The restaurant is fairly expensive, and small flaws in service protocol and fish bones aren’t really acceptable at this level, but we thoroughly enjoyed the creativity of the menu.
