Information Restaurant U Tří růží
Traditional Czech and Moravian cuisine, excellent beer, exceptional atmosphere and convenient location in the centre of Prague just three minutes from the Old Town Square, welcome to the restaurant U Tří růží (At theThree Roses).
You‘ll enjoy some of the genuine Czech classics as the menu includes homemade sirloin in cream sauce, pork knuckle and roasted duck. Dishes are prepared from carefully selected fresh ingredients supplied by Czech farmers and ranchers. The kitchen is supervised by seasoned Chef Martin Prochazka who was assistant chef at the famous Restaurant Alcron when it was awarded a Michelin star.
Look forward to the unique atmosphere of an historic old Prague brewery. The walls of the restaurant are decorated with paintings by the academic painters Jiří Bernard and Pavel Jakl. The pictures illustrate aspects showing the life of the house and the history of brewing in the Czech Republic.
In the restaurant's ground floor is a microbrewery where, under the guidance of an experienced brewer, they prepare six different kinds of beer. If you are interested in details you can join a tour of the brewery with expert commentary.
