Prominent is a luxury restaurant in Brno which presents the local Moravian cuisine with a modern twist. You will enjoy the very popular „front cooking“ which is when the main meal is prepared right in front of your eyes.
The imaginative menu is the work of Chef Josef Dufek. He has gained extensive experience from home as well as abroad during which he has acquired a collection of gastronomic awards including two silver and two bronze medals from the World Cup in Singapore.
In the restaurant they combine traditional ingredients with unconventional cooking styles. They use high quality and fresh ingredients, organically grown where possible. Prominent is renowned not only for the quality but also the presentation of food, thanks to which even your eyes will enjoy the experience. Any visit to Prominent is enhanced by the luxurious interior and professional service.

VerifiedOpět v Promimentu a musím říct, že je to restaurace, která si dlouhodobě drží kvalitu. Nekolísá ani nahoru ani dolů. Jídlo je velmi dobré, pěkně servírované a porce v celku velké. Dnes jsem si dal jídlo z novoročního menu. Zaujala mne brněnská kyselica, a topovka byl losos se smetanovým špenátem a bramborovými noky. Interier byl jako vždy příjemný, pěkný a decentně ozdoben do nedávných Vánoc, obsluha byla příjemná a profesionální. Celkově tedy hodnotím VELMI DOBŘE. Účet 750 Kč, placeno 900 Kč.
