Starting from the 20th September we are preparing our traditional Duck Menu for you. But with completely new duck specialities! They are a team work of all our chefs who have selected the best four duck specialities from dozens of variations for you.
What can you look forward to?
- Hearty clear duck broth with dumplings with port and julienne vegetables
- Sous-vide duck liver crème brûlée with poached pear, walnut bread and forest fruit
Traditionally most suitable for washing-down Duck Specialities is our fresh Pilsner Urquell tank beer.
- Confit leg of duck with onion and apple cabbage and butter potato dumplings topped with crackling
- Cinnamon apple with cream sauce on chocolate soil
