Information Restaurant Bílá kráva
U Bílé krávy has been a traditional and family-run French restaurant since 1996 whilst it has been preparing one of the best steaks in Prague. It specialises in using meat from the French beef breed called Charolais. You can try the very interesting and healthy preparation of the meat by „sous vide“ which is cooking in a vacuum with a temperature around 60°C, or the Bourguignon-style beef patty which is braised for up to 24 hours. Also in the menu you will find other steak delicacies made from ostrich and crocodile meat.
The restaurant has several years of dealing with the breeding of lambs and in this way it offers a selection of high quality lamb meat. Dessert lovers can enjoy an unusual culinary experience with ice cream prepared with the help of liquid nitrogen directly before your eyes. And for something a little harder they have prepared a collection of spirits from their own Czech distillery at Radlík.
