Information Restaurant Babiččina zahrada
Babiččina zahrada (Grandmother's garden) is a restaurant with a charming ambience and fantastic Czech First Republic cuisine which has been developed by the renowned chef Radek David to perfection. Look forward to meat flavoured with herbs from their garden plus a choice of honest sauces and a selection of desserts. The menu is inspired by the traditional Old Czech cuisine made by grandmothers and real Czech soups that chefs cook on the blue tiled stove in the middle of the restaurant.
The original menu includes such delicacies as crawfish tails, fried freshwater fish and lamb. Meals are prepared here using the finest and freshest foods available from local growers and farmers.
So nice to enjoy the homely atmosphere and environment thanks to which you will feel like visiting your own beloved grandmother in the country. Comfortable seating is offered in the small wooden gazebos in the garden.
The kitchen of Babiččina zahrada is supervised by leading Czech chef Radek David who learned to cook in Michelin restaurants in London and France and has wider experience from working in Italy, China and Egypt. Radek has won more than 10 gold medals from Czech as well as international culinary competitions and Olympiads.
